We worked as part of the team on the Council’s Tomorrow’s Office project which rationalised the Council’s City Centre estate from 19 buildings to 6 and saw space allocation reduce from 20sqm to 10sqm per person.
The project combined both property and business change activity. Our role was business engagement and supporting the co-location of 19 service streams into a new face to face contact centre.
The project involved a significant amount of facilitation and introducing staff to ideas and concepts in relation to new ways of working that would improve efficiency.
